PRIVACY STATEMENT : BLOCH E-MEMBERS
J Bloch Pty Ltd ABN 62 000 289 618 (Bloch Australia) has prepared this Privacy Statement to explain how it will handle the personal information of individuals who join the Bloch Australia Online Club (Bloch E-Members).
Your acceptance of this Privacy Statement is a condition of you becoming a Bloch E-Member, and using the Bloch Australia website (at www.bloch.com.au). Please be aware that the Bloch Australia website (at www.bloch.com.au) is a separate website to the international Bloch website (at www.blochworld.com). Bloch Australia is responsible for the content on www.bloch.com.au only.
1. General privacy information
When you become a Bloch E-Member, we ask you to provide us with a range of personal information. This includes your name and address, your email address, information about whether you are a dance student (or parent of a dance student) or a dance teacher, and details of your dance preferences (classical, jazz, tap, ballroom etc.). We may also collect information about the school or institution where you learn or teach dance and about your gender and age.
We collect this personal information so that we can provide you with regular product updates, as well as information about Bloch Australia’s products, special offers and promotions. The reason we collect age and gender information is that particular products are suited to particular ages and genders. We use the personal information we collect to help us identify the Bloch Australia products that are most likely to be of interest to you.
Email is the main method that we will use to contact you. When you become a Bloch E-Member, we understand that you consent to receiving emails from us. From time to time, we may also send you special offers in the mail also.
If you no longer wish to emails or other promotional materials from us, or if you no longer accept this Bloch Privacy Statement you can contact us (using the contact details below) and we will remove you from our mailing list.
We will store your personal information securely, and we won’t sell your personal information to third parties. If you want to access your personal information, you can do so by contacting Bloch Australia (using the contact details below). However, please note that the only personal information we will hold about you will be personal information that you provide to us.
From time to time, Bloch Australia will run competitions and promotions, including through its website. Entry into such competitions and taking advantage of such promotions will be subject to additional terms and conditions. These will be made known to you when details of the competitions and promotions are released.

Please note that Bloch Australia also has an organisation-wide Privacy Policy, which outlines how we handle other types of personal information (ie it is not limited to the personal information of Bloch E-Members).
