The role

As the Sales and Business Development Manager, you will engage with large and small businesses in the health and fitness industry to promote this exciting new product.

FULL-TIME ADMINISTRATION | EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

We are seeking an Office Assistant to join us on a full-time basis at our office in Beaconsfield. You will be work closely with our executive team lead and C-level executives with day-to-day admin at a global level.

This position would suit someone who already has some experience in an admin position and looking to take the next step in their career. Your experience in a similar role will be highly regarded.

Training and development will be provided.

Key tasks include:

  • Email, phone and mail correspondence
  • Appointment scheduling and calendar management
  • Online research on a project basis
  • Occasional running of errands outside of office
  • Travel research and booking as required
  • General data base management (using excel)
  • Other general office duties and support as required

What we're looking for:

  • Excellent communication Skills
  • Competent in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise and meet deadlines
  • A good work ethic, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail

SENIOR DESIGNER | ACTIVEWEAR & MULTI-CATEGORY

As the Senior Designer, you will be part of our Design and Development team to create new concepts and execute our unique brand DNA. This is a unique and exciting career opportunity to join a growing business and make an impact.

The role

This is a critical role working collaboratively with the Head of Design and Development to finalise seasonal strategies, colour palettes, concept and mood boards, proposals and sourcing.

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Design, develop, execute and deliver comprehensive on-brand product offering
  • Create accurate design tech-packs ready for offshore development
  • Manage and liaise with vendors
  • Manage and update all range boards after key meetings and sign-offs
  • Present ideas to key stakeholders
  • Research key trends within the active / lifestyle / innovation space

About you

To succeed in this role, you must be obsessed with fashion and lifestyle trends, will love fashion and athleisure and be able to anticipate what the local and global consumer wants.

You are creative and have a proven ability to work cross-functionally with other departments.

We are ideally looking for someone who has product knowledge and experience in the activewear and technical space, and graphic design skills will be an advantage.

A solid track record in activewear/athleisure design with another lifestyle or sports brand in the apparel industry would be advantageous.

You will take ownership of styles from concept through to pre-production. Your experience completing design tech packs and garment fit knowledge will be highly valued.

You will have:

  • Minimum 5 years industry experience in fashion design/graphic design
  • Degree in Fashion Design or equivalent Design Diploma
  • Product development knowledge of stretch, woven and technical fabrics
  • Knowledge of product development calendar, process, timelines, and deliverables
  • The ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive and solution/result-oriented approach
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and follow through skills
  • Superb organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Experience liaising with offshore suppliers
  • A high level of proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite
  • An interest in the dance inspired apparel consumer
  • A broad knowledge of the global activewear market
