As long as the item is unworn, unwashed and tags are intact, we offer one free exchange, or one free return for store credit.

Just have your Invoice Number and email address ready. You’ll find your Invoice Number in Order Confirmation email. Before we get started, please review which option you prefer and if your item is eligible for an exchange or return.

Size Exchange

If the fit wasn't quite right and you want to swap it for a size up or down then request an Exchange. Please ensure the return is correctly packaged to prevent any damage to the item/s or packaging in transit. You’ll receive a prepaid return label and the replacement size will be sent as soon as we’ve received notice your original parcel is scanned as ‘in transit’ by Australia Post. We offer one free Size Exchange, any additional Size Exchanges will incur a  flat rate, return shipping fee of $10. This charge will appear as a handling fee.

Exchange for Store Credit

If you request a Store Credit (Exchange), you will receive a store credit via email as an online gift card once we’ve received notice your original parcel is scanned as ‘in transit’ by Australia Post and you may place a new order online. Please ensure the return is correctly packaged to prevent any damage to the item/s or packaging in transit. You’ll receive a prepaid return label. We offer one free Exchange for a Store Credit, any additional Exchange for a Store Credit will incur a flat rate, return shipping fee of $10. This charge will appear as a handling fee.

Refund

Your refund will be processed back onto your original payment method once your return is delivered to our warehouse. Please ensure the return is correctly packaged to prevent any damage to the item/s or packaging in transit. A refund will incur a flat rate, return shipping fee of $10. This charge will appear as a handling fee.

Conditions

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be exchanged or returned:

  • Face masks
  • Hosiery

For the return of Bloch online purchases, regardless of whether they are faulty, change of mind or incorrect fit you must meet the following return policy conditions:

  • The item/s must be returned within 60 days of receipt
  • The item/s must be unworn, unwashed and unmarked in the original saleable condition with all labels/tags attached where applicable.
  • We consider the item packaging as part of the item, so please ensure you keep it if you wish to make a return.
  • The item/s is from an original order and has not been exchanged previously

Sale items bought on this website cannot be exchanged or refunded unless Bloch has determined that they are faulty.

We reserve the right to inspect garments to determine the exchange and return policy conditions are met. If the goods arrive in the appropriate condition, a refund of the cost of the goods will be provided. If goods do not arrive in the appropriate condition, an exchange may be disputed.

We do not refund shipping charges.

We are currently unable to accept returns on International orders.
