Win A Four-Night Family Cruise Competition

The promoter is J Bloch Pty Ltd, Level 2, 8–18 William Street, Beaconsfield, Sydney NSW 2015, Australia (“BLOCH”). The promotion is open to Australian residents, excluding employees of BLOCH, Carnival Cruises and Clean Cruising, and their immediate families and any persons associated with the conduct or judging of the competition. To be eligible to enter, entrants must make a purchase of $150 or more in a single transaction at any Australian Bloch store or via www.bloch.com.au between Thursday 22 January 2026 and 11:59pm AEST on Sunday 1 March 2026 and provide proof of valid purchase (receipt or online order number) at the time of entry. Entrants aged 18 years and under must have parental or guardian consent. The competition opens on Thursday 22 January 2026 and entries close at 11:59pm AEST on Sunday 1 March 2026; entries received outside this period will not be accepted. This competition is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. All valid entries will be judged based on creativity, originality and relevance to the competition question. The judging will take place at Bloch’s office and the judge’s decision is final; no correspondence will be entered into. The winner will be notified by email and/or phone within seven (7) days of the competition closing and must respond within 24 hours to claim the prize, otherwise Bloch reserves the right to select an alternative winner in accordance with these terms and conditions. Bloch takes no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete or misdirected entries. Bloch reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the competition and these terms and conditions if circumstances arise outside of its reasonable control. The prize consists of one four-night family cruise for four (4) people (two adults and two children), valued at over $3,300 AUD. The prize must be redeemed from Thursday 2 April 2026, subject to availability, and cruise dates cannot be changed and will be confirmed and advised by Bloch, Carnival Cruise Line and/or Clean Cruising. If the winner does not reside in New South Wales, return economy flights will be provided; airport transfers are not included where flights are provided. For all domestic travel (including cruises and flights that do not visit a foreign port), passengers must present a valid passport or government-issued photo identification (Queensland Adult Proof of Age Card accepted; the older Queensland ‘Card 18+’ will not be accepted), and passengers who do not provide the required identification at check-in will be denied boarding. For passengers under 18 years of age travelling on an Australian domestic cruise, a current Medicare card may be used as identification. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash or any other alternative. By entering this competition, entrants consent to the use of their name and entry for promotional purposes and agree to receive future marketing communications from Bloch, Carnival Cruise Line and Clean Cruising regarding products and offers. Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, any social media platform. Entrants’ personal information is collected by BLOCH and will be handled in accordance with its Privacy Policy. The promotion is open to Australian residents, except employees of BLOCH and their close partners/relatives. Children aged 18 years and under must have parental consent. One winner will be selected randomly at the end of each month. The winner will receive a $100 Bloch voucher. Entrants must have a public Instagram profile and tag bloch.active on their post. Valid entries must feature the Apex collection and follow bloch.active on Instagram. Winners will be contacted by DM on the first Tuesday of every month. Winner has 24 hours to respond and claim their prize. If there is no response from the selected winner in this time, BLOCH reserves the right to choose an alternative winner.
